Products

Absolutely! We will be thrilled to help you develop and design new and interesting jewelry pieces for you, your family or friends. Please be sure to contact the artist for a consultation and to begin your custom jewelry journey!

Each piece already has great information on it’s product page. However, if you need to know more, or are looking for some customization, email us or give us a call! 

You are not alone! We’re happy to work with you on this issue. In some cases, we can use surgical steel to change out earring backs or discuss a great option with you. Please be sure to contact the artist for a consultation on this matter!

Not to worry! We’ve here for you. Earrings can be ordered with Studs, French ear wires, European ear wires, Clips or Screw-backs. Just be sure to let us know your needs when you order. Otherwise, if you’ve forgotten to share your customized need, just email us or give us a call!

Many of our pieces are made with sterling silver or 14K gold. Other metals which may be available are 10K or 18K gold, white gold, rose gold, platinum or copper. Depending on the item, the metal may or may not be available for that piece. Please be sure you contact the artist for a consultation about your piece and talk through  your customization desires! 

Custom pieces can vary in price significantly depending on the materials used. Please be sure to start your custom jewelry journey with a consultation with the artist. Once materials are chosen, she can then provide an estimate based on the market value of these items. 

Amber is very porous and soft. It requires care when cleaning. Be sure to clean your amber with a mild solution of soapy and slightly warm water. If you use cleaners with ammonia or alcohol, this can cloud or damage your amber – stay away from those!

Shipping

Yes, we are happy to be servicing customers throughout the world! Our pieces might take longer to get to you if you live in outside of the contiguous United States, but it will get to you.

We typically ship through USPS mail. However, UPS, FedEx or other delivery services can be accommodated upon request. Rates may be different depending on the service used and the packaging option necessary for your item. 

We make every effort to ship your piece as quickly as possible. For those items which are in stock, we can ship those within 24 – 48 hours of confirmation of your payment. Other items may take longer depending on the order and the time to design and handcraft the item.

Don’t worry, Please be sure you have allowed at least 12 hours for the shipper’s website to update before searching for your tracking report. Other times, it can take a couple of days to update your shipment status. 

Oh dear! As long as we have still have your shipment, we can correct that address for you. No need to worry! Please call or email us as soon as possible. 

Returns & Exchanges

While we’re sorry that you’ve changed your mind on the piece, we hope that you will be able to find a great new home for your piece. Because many pieces are individualized to you, it’s rare for us to have a piece come back to the store.

Thank you for giving the gift of jewelry. We look forward to being able to help you or the gift receiver choosing the right item for them. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Please be sure to take care of your certificate as these are not replaceable and should be treated like cash.

Billing

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Sorry, we currently do not accept electronic forms of payment through PayPal, Venmo, Facebook or bitcoin. 

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:

  • Check that your card is not expired.
  • Double check the accuracy of your credit card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
  • Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.
